Return & Exchange Policy
● You may return your Fenn Collection product within 14 days of receiving your order.
● Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from our official website.
● Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original accessories.

Shipping Costs When Returning a Product
● If you return a product due to personal preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
● Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds & Exchanges
If your return is approved, you may choose between:
● A replacement product
● A refund (processed within 7–10 business days)
● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Important Notes
● We are entitled to refuse a return if the product is missing accessories.
